1. Purpose of Giving Apps

Giving Apps is designed as an educational and engagement platform to encourage charitable giving and social good. Our activities are structured for fun, learning, and impact—not gambling.

2. No Lottery or Gambling

• Giving Apps is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or gambling activity.
• No purchase or donation is required to participate.
• Making a donation does not improve a participant's chances of receiving recognition, rewards, or prizes.
• Any rewards, acknowledgments, or incentives will be described in the specific activity rules and may be based on participation or skill as stated therein.

3. Donations & Processing

• All donations made through Giving Apps activities are directed to the participating nonprofit organization's own website or donation platform.
• Rally Corp / Giving Apps does not collect or process donations and is not responsible for issuing receipts, processing refunds, or determining tax-deductibility.
• Donation transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the nonprofit's chosen platform. Participants should review those terms before completing any donation.

4. Responsibility of Nonprofits

• Each participating nonprofit organization is solely responsible for the use of donated funds.
• Rally Corp does not control or oversee the nonprofit's operations, finances, or charitable status and makes no guarantees about how donations will be used.

5. Tax Deductibility

• Donations may be tax-deductible if made directly to a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• Participants are responsible for consulting with a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their donations.
• If any benefit or prize is received in exchange for a donation, the tax-deductible portion may be reduced.

6. Prizes & Awards

• Some Giving Apps activities may include symbolic awards or prizes.
• Prize details, eligibility, and selection methods will be disclosed in the activity's specific rules.
• Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations (e.g., IRS Form 1099).

7. Eligibility

• Participation is generally open to individuals 18 years or older unless otherwise specified.
• Certain activities may be restricted by law in specific jurisdictions. You are responsible for confirming your eligibility in your location.

8. Transparency & Fair Play

• Clear rules will be published for each Giving Apps activity.
• By participating, you agree to abide by those rules and to avoid conduct that undermines the integrity of the activity.
• We reserve the right to disqualify participants for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Giving Apps and the Giving Apps logo are trademarks of Rally Corp, Inc. You may not use our name, mark, or materials without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rally Corp, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from participation,
• Technical malfunctions, outages, or interruptions,
• Acts, omissions, or policies of third-party nonprofits or their platforms, or
• Misuse of donations by beneficiary organizations.

11. Changes & Updates

We may update these Terms & Rules at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
